Iga Swiatek survived a scare to reach the fourth round of the Australian Open on Friday, beating Linda Noskova 6-3 1-6 6-4.

The world number one trailed 4-1 in the deciding set but showed fight to come back and win.

Swiatek has now won four Grand Slam titles but has never been beyond the fourth round at the Australian Open.

She will face Madison Keys in the fourth round on Sunday.
